Linux​

WordPress Services​

We offer WordPress hosting and management. This means you can get up and running with a WordPress website that has been hand optimised to provide the fastest speeds to your visitors.

As well as an installation service we also manage existing WordPress installations. This includes keeping your version of WordPress up to date, installing plugins and themes and keeping a proactive view of your website to make sure if it does go down we get it back up and running as quickly as possible.

Website Deployment​

If you have a simple website which you want to deploy to the public then Reigate Tech can help you configure everything required.

Database Installation and Management​

Often websites and other software require a database to store all the information it needs. Installing and running a database can be a struggle but Reigate Tech offers the installation and management of the PostgreSQL and MariaDB (MySQL compatible) databases. This includes updating the database so you have the latest version with the latest security and bug fixes.

Hardening Linux Servers​

One of the most important tasks to do when running your own servers is to harden them so that unauthorised users can not access any private resources. This process normally involves making sure that Linux users can only access certain resources, SSH keys are used to login over SSH, the firewall blocks all unwanted traffic and root and sudo passwords are set to something strong and unique.

Deploying Linux on Business Computers​

If you have been in business for a long time you either have experience with, or use on a daily basis Microsoft Windows. You might think that is the only choice but with Reigate Tech we will conduct an investigation into your business activities and tell you whether switching your business computers to run Linux is a good idea or not.

Google Workspace​

Setting up Google Workspace for your Business​

If you are looking for an email and office solution then Google Workspace is hard to beat. It offers email, groups, word processor, spreadsheets and slides along with numerous other features.

Reigate Tech can help you decide if Google Workspace is right for you and if it is we'll configure and manage your whole Google Workspace account so you don't have too.

If after we have configured Google Workspace you want to manage it yourself then that is fine and we will transfer everything back to you so you can manage everything yourself in the future.

If you use Google Workspace you'll know that there are a number of features on it that can be quite confusing to implement. As such we can manage the service for you or alternatively we can provide advice and support to help you use the features you want.
